You can’t lift a trophy if you spent your pre-season eating pies.

Everyone loves the win.

You’ve spent 4 months putting a bid together, hit submit. The tender is accepted. The contract is signed. The team goes to the pub to celebrate.

But nobody likes pre-season training.

Setting up your contract administration, briefing the site team on the specific risks of this contract, establishing the notice templates, and putting together subbie packages to go to market? That’s boring. That’s running laps in the rain (or having a little chuck on the Kangaroo Point cliff stairs, right Aidan?).

So, most teams skip it. They run onto the field on Day 1 expecting a win, but pull a hammie (get hit with a breach notice) in the first week because they weren't match-fit.

A Bench Warmer is your Strength & Conditioning Coach.

We come in during that critical Mobilisation Phase to set up your systems and put together your commercial Playbook. We make sure your site team actually knows the rules of the game they’re playing.

Do the hard work now. Win the game later.
