The ‘Tender Handover Meeting’ is often the most dangerous day in a project’s life.


The Bid Team are well into their cups, high-fiving and probably not thinking too much about work tomorrow morning. They promised the client the world, agreed to an impossible PC date, whacked in a big round number for R&O and maybe ‘optimised’ the margin a little too much.
