The Night Watchman

It happens on every project.
You’re deep in the fourth innings (or day two if you’re on a MCG Ashes wicket). The pressure is on. Suddenly, your star Commercial Manager resigns to go work for a mining company in WA for double the pay.
You’re exposed. The new ball is due (with subbies steaming in from the Vulture Street end with a slew of fresh claims).

You don't need a hero looking to smash a six off every ball. You need a night watchman.
When stability and reliability is needed to set up the next day for the win, you send in the lower-order batter to block it out till stumps. They know they’re gonna cop a bit of chin music, but they’ll wear it because the team needs them to step up.
That’s a classic Bench Warmer role.
We come in when the team is rattled. We steady the ship. We block the aggressive correspondence from the client. We protect the margin and manage relationships until you can recruit a permanent replacement.
Don't leave your stumps exposed. Send us in to bat.
