The Ego has landed

You can spend weeks drafting the perfect legal argument. You can have the facts, the dates, and the precedents on your side. 


But the dispute still won’t settle. 


Why? Because the Superintendent and the Project Director only agree on one thing – the other guy is a right wanker. 


At a certain point, construction disputes stop being about commercial reality and start being about two blokes refusing to lose face.
